Value Based Education

Teaching life skills is being focused on every subject. The real purpose of the stories and biographies given in the Language Chapters is to teach certain values to students so that they take inspiration from famous personalities. Implementing at least one learning from Gandhi Ji’s biography will be more important than just remembering his place of birth. But somehow this core objective is found missing most of the time & focus is laid upon making students cram the past exercise questions. We at YS believe that values can be taught in every subject. Value-Based questions are an integral part of all the subjects, which do not focus on testing students’ retention but on inculcating values among them.
