In most of the schools, English finds place only in the Reading and Writing sections.
In YS, the focus is on all the four skills of English, Le. Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. At YS Scholars are provided with regular exposure to these four skills to make them proficient in the English Language. In our quest to improve student’s communication skills, we have initiated English Communication Classes from Nursery to 8th grade. These classes are conducted by a team of expert Communication Trainers, where they mainly focus on the verbal component, pronunciation, confidence and public speaking skills.
The importance of having trust in their abilities, qualities, and judgment in students cannot be underestimated. Confidence is vital for every child’s success, and the amount of confidence a student possesses is directly proportional to their educational and life goals. To instill confidence among students from a very young age, students are given diverse platforms- English Communication classes are conferred to the students of YS from the nursery itself. Confidence helps ensure our students grow up believing that they can get better which allowsthem to excel
Aspiring Scholars conduct many surveys on different themes like Energy Crisis, Cleanliness, Water Shortage, etc., to make the people aware about various issues & also to practice their learnt skills. The surveys turn out to be very successful & people have shown appreciation for the Confidence and communication skills of the scholars. Through these projects, they not only interact with their parents and siblings but also gain Confidence. Even the parents are filled with pride seeing their little ones speaking so fluently & impressively.
